 I just wanted to let you know how happy I was two Mondays ago when I called the office & Jim listened to my complaint about black, disgusting water coming up in my north bathroom sink.  I thought it was 505 because of the remodeling going on.  However, Jim came over and assessed it was a plumber working in 401 that was Rodding out the pipes adjacent to my sink.
