the President, and oversees all
management functions of the Firm. She has
over 18 years of commercial property
management experience, the past 10 years as an
Assistant Comptroller. Barb is also the
Treasurer of the Xilin Association, a non
profit organization dedicated to the
development of educational, cultural,
and social programs. Barbara has a BS
from Tian Jin University. |

Debbie Steele is the
Office Manager, and is responsible for the
daily operations of the company. She has over 20 years of
accounting experience and 6 years of
collections experience. Her duties include accounts receivable, administering
delinquencies and collections, insurance
administration, and document
preparation for owner closings and refinancing. |

Albert Ho is a Property Manager. He is
responsible for the daily operations and
management of the Associations, focusing on
efficient and quality customer service. Albert
has a degree in Residential Property
Management from Ball State University. |

Erin
Duffie is a Property Manager, and is
responsible for the daily operations and
management of the Associations. She interacts
with homeowners on a daily basis, and assists
the board and owners in complying with
association and government rules and
regulations. Erin is a Certified Manager of
Community Associations®
and has a BFA from Columbia College Chicago. |

Linda Chiaramonte |

Linda
Chiaramonte is the Customer Service
Representative. She is responsible for
ensuring that our clients receive an
adequate level of service or help with their
questions and concerns. Linda also provides
administrative support, processes incoming
mail, and ensures that all correspondence is
mailed out in a timely and accurate manner. |
